Mario earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Cal State University, Hayward, and a master’s degree in financial planning from Golden Gate University. In addition, Mario holds insurance licenses in multiple states, including the State of California.

Mario lives in Walnut Creek with his wife of 30+ years, Joanne. They have two grown children and have recently become grandparents. When not immersed in his professional pursuits, Mario enjoys traveling, wine tasting, and staying active through running and golf. He is also an avid supporter of his favorite teams, the 49ers, Giants, Warriors, and Oakland Roots. Over the years, he has supported his community by serving on the executive board of the Walnut Creek Soccer Club, as a soccer coach for the WCSC’s recreational and winter competitive teams, and at Las Lomas High School.
